Shipping Policy

We ship take pride in shipping out your our as soon as possible. Please be advised that we as you allow 3-5 business days prior to shipping for your order to be fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, please allow for an estimated delivery time of 7- 10 business days to receive your package. Due to Covid and Holiday delays, packages may arrive later than intended due to parcel carrier delays. 

Tracking your Order

Upon shipping of your item order, given the information that you have provided at check out. You will contain an email, text message or both, containing a tracking number for your items. To track your package please click on the link or inout the tracking number provided with the appropriate mail carrier in which your package should arrive. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to provide the necessary information. 

Incorrect address disclaimer

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you item has not shipped and you would like to make any changes to the address you have entered, please contact us immediately at If for any reason your address is incorrect and you have not contacted us immediately before shipping, unfortunately we can not assume the responsibility and will have to direct you to contacting USPS to have your address updated in the USPS system.  

If USPS is unable to change the address and ships it back to us, we will provide a full refund once we receive the package. The refund will ONLY include the cost of the product(s). 

Lost/Missing Packages

In the event that USPS has lost a package we will do our best to resolve the issue on a need be basis if contacted within 14 days. We DO NOT assume the obligation to provide a refund due to USPS lost packages. You will need to file a claim with USPS is a package has been lost. 

If a package is marked as delivered and you have not received it. Please allow for up to 3 days for package to arrive. If it is past the 3 day period and your package has not yet been delivered,  please contact USPS. 

Once USPS has deemed your package lost. Please have them provide you with a written email stating your package has been lost. As soon as you have received that email, please forward them email to us at so that we can try to resolve the situation for you.
